- New Student at the University of Waterloo? read the
information for first-time users to find out how
to obtain a login and password.
- Graduate Open Class Enrollment - Spring 2012 begins March 23, 2012
and ends June 12, 2012 (enrollment appointments are not required
for graduate students)
- After June 12, 2012 you will need to complete and
submit a Graduate Studies Course Drop/Add form to your
academic department for approval. This form is available from the Graduate
Studies Office or your academic department.
- After the start of Examinations (July 30, 2012) courses may not be dropped or added.
- Permission Numbers are required if you wish to enroll
in a graduate course with instructor or department consent. OR
complete and submit to your academic department a Graduate
Studies Course Drop/Add form for approval (this form is available
at the Graduate Studies Office or your academic department).
- Undergraduate Course Enrolment - you must complete
a Graduate Studies Course Drop/Add form (not an override
form) and submit it to your academic department for approval (this form
is available from the Graduate Studies Office or your academic department).
- Course times & cancellations - check your schedule
weekly (or more often) in Quest to ensure that you are aware of any course
cancellations or time changes.
- Financial Aid for Graduate Students is updated daily
throughout the term. Please check your Quest account periodically for
updated information.
