How do I self-declare absenteeism due to flu (H1N1)?

Declaring Influenza Absence

  1. Log on to Quest.

  2. Click Personal Information.

  3. Click Influenza Absence Declaration.

  4. Note: Declaration of Absence for Influenza-like Illness is no longer available. The standard rules regarding accommodation for illness apply, including the requirement for verification of illness. Please see Accommodation Due to Illness and Policy #71 - Student Discipline.

  5. Click Student Center or sign out of the system by clicking Sign out.
